I was horrified to find my room had dirty towels on the floor and a repugnant smell, not to mention the broken bed ruining my night. To top it off, I expected some kind of welcome gift or room upgrade for all my troubles, but alas, I was treated like any other ordinary guest. just can’t recommend this disaster.

You’re gonna love the locally caught fish at Dakota Grill! Plus, Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews is right down the street for some killer burgers. I was also surprised by the friendly staff who were responsive to my bike theft inquiry, showing they care.

Now, not everything sparkled—my room was a mess, fit for a horror film with no hot water and a broken bed!

The bathtub filled up too quickly during showers!!! Wi-Fi access was non-existent, with inadequate plug sockets for devices!!! Management should really look into fixing broken equipment and improving room organization!!!

The room was the largest I've encountered for a motel, featuring a couch and recliner, which should have made for a comfortable stay. However, the poor desk lighting and a lack of power outlets were major inconveniences, disrupting my ability to work. Additionally, the clothing rack's placement overhanging the bed was impractical, reflecting a need for better room organization. On a positive note, the Moroccan pancakes served were a delightful breakfast option that stood out during my visit.

During my stay, I found the location to be excellent, with easy access to many local attractions like the Fargo Air Museum and West Acres Mall. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made my visit enjoyable.

during my stay at grand inn, the size of the queen room was impressive, offering plenty of space for my family. the hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in town, making it easy for us to explore. the staff also provided friendly service, which added a nice touch to our visit.

I enjoyed the stay despite the issues. The room was spacious, which provided comfort. A tip for future guests, check the Internet connection early in your stay! The option to dine at Dakota Grill was a delightful bonus with great local flavors.

I stayed for 3 nights and found a large room with a couch, which was a nice surprise! The coffee in the lobby was a great touch. However, the Wi-Fi was spotty, making it hard to work.

Wi-Fi didn't work at all, but free parking was a plus! Friendly staff, too.
